Deposits & Cancellations

• A deposit is required to secure all trips:
  
  • Full Day Trips: $100 deposit
  • ¾ Day & ½ Day Trips: $50 deposit
• Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled trip.
• If the trip is canceled within 14 days, the guide reserves the right to retain the deposit unless the date is rebooked.
• Deposits can be transferred to a future date if rescheduling is needed.
• You may change your trip type as needed—please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your request.

Weather Policy

• Trips are not canceled due to weather unless conditions become unsafe (e.g., lightning or extreme icing).
• If weather conditions require a delayed start, the guide will determine the best course of action.
• In certain weather-related situations, trip duration may be adjusted (e.g., Full Day to ¾ Day or ½ Day), and pricing adjustments will be made accordingly.
• Safety is our top priority, and we will never put our clients or guides at risk.

Payments

• Payments and deposits can be made via Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.
• Personal checks are not accepted unless pre-approved by your guide.
