Why Fish the Indian River Lagoon?
The Indian River Lagoon is one of Florida’s most diverse inshore fisheries. Shallow flats, mangrove shorelines, oyster bars, and channels create year-round opportunities for anglers targeting:
- Tarpon (peak May–August)
- Snook
- Redfish
- Speckled Trout
- Black Drum
- Jack Crevalle and other aggressive inshore species
This is technical flats fishing. We run a premium poling skiff designed for quiet approaches and sight fishing in shallow water. There’s something special about sightfishing for tailing reds on the Space Coast! We think it’s one of the best ways to fish, period!
